When the doesn't open itself, you can open it manually. Launch the QB file doctor and wait for the pop-up ‘no company open’ to appear. Then, head to files to select utilities. Now tap on Repair File and Network Problems. Tap Ok. it will open as an administrator, click Yes. a wrench icon will show up, tap continues. Enter login id and password and wait until QB files doctor repairs. Select File Diagnosi Only and then click Advanced Settings. Tap Next to open the file.
